Nov 11th - Describe a time when you felt completely lost

A time when I felt completely lost was on my first day of middle school. Everything was unfamiliar, and I couldn’t find my way around and I felt anxious and confused as I didn't know anybody as I changed schools. I was lost for the first days of school until a student talked to me and open to me to other people and mad me social more.

Today in class we finished up the One pager for the story "The Ambush" and once when were done we were given a vocabulary sheet for lesson 6 and learned the vocab words.

The one pager gave me ideas on how to summarize an entire story on one page by summarizing the story, making a personal connection to the story, and asking questions and answering them.

 Today in class we learned how the writing process works. I plan to use this process in the future in order to help me with any writing assignments that I will have in the future.  I like this assignment as it will help me prepare for any writing assignments. Today I feel ok I'm a bit sick and have a minor headache, but I hope I'll be better tomorrow.

Prompt: Easter Sunday was yesterday, a holiday full of traditions for many people. What holiday do you look forward to the most each year, and why is it your favorite? Share what you usually do to celebrate it and what makes it meaningful or fun for you."

 The holiday that I look forward to every year is Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, as in those holidays, my family has gatherings in which we eat and celebrate the holidays. In moments like these is why I enjoy these holidays the most every year seeing my family eating and having fun as all of us don't gather as much throughout the year, so I cherish these moments as much as I can.
