Describe a time when someone’s words had a lasting impact on you.

 During a difficult time in my life, my parents told me, "No matter what happens, we will always be here for you. You are never alone." Their words gave me comfort and security. Knowing I had their support helped me face challenges and that family is always there for you no matter what.

 Today in class we learned how the writing process works. Prompt: Easter Sunday was yesterday, a holiday full of traditions for many people. What holiday do you look forward to the most each year, and why is it your favorite? Share what you usually do to celebrate it and what makes it meaningful or fun for you."

 The holiday that I look forward to every year is Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, as in those holidays, my family has gatherings in which we eat and celebrate the holidays. In moments like these is why I enjoy these holidays the most every year seeing my family eating and having fun as all of us don't gather as much throughout the year, so I cherish these moments as much as I can.
