Describe how gender roles or patriarchy influence your identity?

 Gender roles can influence our identity as they can express your personality through it as for women are expected to dress up in pretty clothes and makeup and men to be strong and hard working. These stereotypes can hurt the relation between a man and a women as one another can depict each other in a way that they think that person acts like this but in truth its not.

Summary- We started working on our cultural masks and learned about the vocabulary we have to study.

Reflect- I learned through the short film how different people have identity's they try to match with others also some believe themselves as pretty through this identity they have in public as a way to hide their true selfs from anybody in public due to being different.

 The holiday that I look forward to every year is Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, as in those holidays, my family has gatherings in which we eat and celebrate the holidays. In moments like these is why I enjoy these holidays the most every year seeing my family eating and having fun as all of us don't gather as much throughout the year, so I cherish these moments as much as I can.
