Describe a hike, long walk, or outdoor experience you have had and explain what it was like physically and mentally. If you have never been on a hike, describe a time when you were outside your comfort zone or had to rely on yourself in a challenging situation. Explain what you learned from the experience.

The long walk was 1hour and 30 mins and it was from a certain point to all the way to my home. At first I have a bunch of energy and I mostly listen to my music to pass the time or listen to a video on YouTube while I walk. When walking I lookout from anywherefor cars and people just in case for anything. But when walking the bag on my back is annoying as Im trapping heat between my back and bag making me sweat but I don't mind and when getting close to home my legs feel heavy but are actually sore but once I get home I shower then I rested and slept for a while then I woke up feeling better.
