Reflect on a time when you had to rely on someone else. How did it feel?

 When relying on someone if it’s just a quick question or help I’ll ask and be done with it or quickly ask someone if I don’t understand something like in math I’ll have no problem but usually I don’t like relying on others as I don’t want to bother them and rather have myself focus on my problems/work without any help as it would be a distraction for them and me to waste time while they’re also finishing their work also me, I only rely on others when it’s something actually important or I im in a difficult situation.
